02Cookies & browser storage
Cookies are small files a website can store on your device. They can help a site remember information between visits or requests. Browser storage, including session storage, can serve similar purposes without using a cookie.
Session storage is limited to a browser tab’s session. Persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them. Your browser may restore session information when it restores previously open tabs.
03What this website uses
MSP does not currently add analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies to this website. Our fonts and images are served with the website rather than loaded from third-party advertising or font services.
Essential navigation storage. The website may use the session-storage entries __vinext_hard_navigation_target__ and __vinext_rsc_initial_reload__ to help recover from a page-loading failure and prevent repeated reloads. They hold a page address, are cleared when no longer needed by the recovery process, and otherwise follow your browser’s session-storage lifetime. They are not used for advertising or audience measurement.
Cookie notice preference. When you select “Got it” on our cookie notice, we save msp_cookie_notice_dismissed in session storage. It contains the notice’s version date, not a visitor identifier, and remembers your dismissal for that browser tab’s session. It is not used to track you.
Enquiry form. The form does not create an MSP tracking cookie or save your enquiry in browser local storage. When you submit it, your details are sent to us so we can respond. Submitted enquiries are stored separately from cookies.
04Hosting & security
Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the public website. If its bot-protection or security-challenge features are enabled, it may set security cookies. These depend on the features in use and the checks applied to your visit; not every visitor receives them.
Examples include __cf_bm, used by Cloudflare’s bot protection and expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity, and cf_clearance, which records a successful security check. The latter’s lifetime depends on the security configuration. These examples do not mean that both cookies are active on every visit.

If you access the website through a separate service that requires you to sign in, that service’s own cookie and privacy notices also apply to its sign-in features.
05Your choices
You can use your browser’s privacy settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking essential storage or security cookies may affect page loading or prevent a security check from working.
There are currently no optional tracking cookies added by MSP for you to accept or reject. If we introduce cookies or similar technologies that require consent, we will explain them, ask before using them and provide a way to change or withdraw that choice.
Our notice’s “Got it” button dismisses the notice; it does not give consent to optional tracking or accept our terms of business. You can read this policy at any time using the footer link. Clearing the notice preference makes the notice appear again.
